The Sahodaya Schools Complex Lawn Tennis Tournament 2026-27, organised by SAI International School, commenced with great enthusiasm and sporting spirit on 8th September 2026. The three-day tournament, being held from 8th to 10th September 2026, brings together talented young tennis players from leading schools, providing them with a platform to demonstrate their skills, competitive spirit and sportsmanship.

The tournament was formally inaugurated by the Senior Principal in the presence of participating teams and officials. The opening ceremony marked the beginning of an exciting sporting event that celebrates the values of discipline, perseverance, teamwork and healthy competition.

The tournament has received enthusiastic participation, with 9 teams competing in the Boys' Category and 8 teams in the Girls' Category. The strong participation reflects the growing interest in tennis among school students and highlights the importance of providing young athletes with opportunities to compete at the inter-school level.

In the Girls' Category, the semifinalists are KIIT International School and ODM Global School in the first semifinal, while DAV Public School, Pokhariput and SAI International School will face each other in the second semifinal. In the Boys' Category, the first semifinal will see DAV Public School, Chandrasekharpur take on DPS Kalinga, while ODM Global School will meet KIIT International School in the second semifinal.

The semifinal matches are scheduled to be played on 9th September 2026, with the young players set to compete for a place in the finals. The matches are expected to showcase an exciting blend of skill, determination and competitive spirit, as the teams strive to give their best on the court.
