SAI International School proudly celebrates the remarkable international sporting achievement of SAIoneer Advik Samarpit Sahoo, a talented student of Class VI, who secured a Bronze Medal for India at the Hwa Rang Warrior Asia Cup 2026, held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from September 4 to 6, 2026.

A promising Taekwondo athlete of Kalinga Yodha Taekwondo Academy (KYTA), Advik earned the distinction of representing Team India after being selected as the sole athlete from Odisha among 42 Indian participants. The prestigious championship witnessed participation from more than 1,728 athletes representing five countries, making Advik's achievement a testament to his exceptional sporting ability and competitive spirit.

Competing in the Blue Belt, Coloured Belt Group Sparring event in the Sub Youth category, Advik demonstrated remarkable skill, courage, focus and composure against a strong international field. His determined performance earned him the Bronze Medal, contributing to India's sporting success on the international stage. Advik's journey has been supported by the guidance and mentorship of Mr. Laxmi Prasad Nayak, 3rd Dan Black Belt, whose training and direction have played an important role in nurturing the young athlete's skills and competitive confidence.
